Collecting less is our starting point.
Dolphin Proxy limits collection to information that helps provide, operate, secure, and improve the application. CookieDevs does not sell personal information, and we do not build profiles from browsing history, DNS queries, traffic destinations, or the content that passes through Dolphin Proxy.
Information may come from you or from operating the app.
If you contact us, we may receive whatever you choose to send. This can include your name, email address, support request, attachments, survey responses, and other details in your message.
Dolphin Proxy does not provide in-app subscriptions, paid trials, or purchases, so this policy does not address transactions processed directly by the app.
Service identifiers
An identifier associated with your device may be created or received by the app. It can be used to verify access, reduce misuse, provide support, and keep the service reliable.
No direct payment details
Dolphin Proxy does not collect card numbers, bank information, or direct billing credentials. Ad providers may process advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies.
We do not keep logs of your VPN activity.
Dolphin Proxy is designed as a privacy-oriented VPN and proxy. We do not retain the websites you open, the content you send, the DNS requests you make, or the destinations reached by your traffic through the service.
A limited amount of operational data may be processed without intending to identify your browsing:
- Application version, operating platform, language, and basic device environment for diagnostic purposes.
- Whether a connection was completed or failed, without keeping the content of your browsing.
- The server region or location you select, without storing outgoing IP addresses as activity records.
- Aggregated bandwidth totals for quality monitoring, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Crash and diagnostic events when your settings allow them and applicable law permits their use.
Limited information supports specific service needs.
Information we collect may be used to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and defend Dolphin Proxy.
- Validate access to the service, rewards, and other service benefits.
- Respond to support requests and deliver service-related communications.
- Review crashes, failed connections, performance issues, and signs of misuse.
- Improve the app's reliability, speed, usability, and overall design.
- Detect, prevent, and examine fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and answer legally binding requests.
Sharing is limited to service operation and legal requirements.
Vendors may help Dolphin Proxy with hosting, analytics, crash reports, advertising, customer support, security, infrastructure, and comparable functions. They may handle information only as needed to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed in these circumstances:
- You approve the disclosure or instruct us to make it.
- The information is aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be connected to you.
- Disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process, or an enforceable government request.
- Disclosure is needed to protect rights, safety, security, property, or the integrity of Dolphin Proxy.
- A merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset transfer takes place.
Advertising helps make the service available.
Dolphin Proxy shows advertisements to fund the service. Ad providers may use identifiers, cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, manage how frequently they appear, and improve ad performance.
Browsing content sent through Dolphin Proxy is not used by us to target advertising. Advertising and analytics companies may collect information under their respective privacy policies. If your device offers the option, you can use its system settings to reset or limit advertising identifiers.
Legal demands are reviewed before we respond.
CookieDevs evaluates requests for user information before responding and may notify affected users where the law permits. Because Dolphin Proxy is designed not to keep activity logs, we may not have browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or similar activity records sought by a requesting party.
Information remains only while there is a valid need.
Information is retained for the period required to provide Dolphin Proxy, meet legal obligations, resolve disagreements, prevent misuse, enforce agreements, preserve business records, and assist fraud or security investigations.
When information is no longer necessary, we delete it or make it anonymous. Where immediate deletion is not practical, including in backup or disaster-recovery systems, it is taken out of active use until deletion becomes possible.
Support conversations may be retained so earlier issues can be understood and help can remain consistent. Send privacy requests to hd8193152@gmail.com.
We use safeguards for the information in our care.
Administrative, organizational, and technical measures are used to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss. Access is restricted to personnel and service providers who require the information for their responsibilities.
No internet service can promise complete security. Contact us promptly if you believe an interaction with Dolphin Proxy is no longer secure.
Third-party services set their own privacy practices.
Links, SDKs, or integrations from other companies may appear in Dolphin Proxy. The privacy policies of those parties control how they handle information. Review those policies before using a third-party service.
Dolphin Proxy is not intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than the age established by applicable law. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact hd8193152@gmail.com so appropriate steps can be taken.
Your location may provide additional privacy choices.
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to limit or object to certain processing. You may also be able to withdraw consent when consent is the basis for processing.
Where local privacy rules recognize these rights, the grounds on which we process information may include performing a contract, pursuing legitimate interests, relying on consent, and satisfying legal responsibilities.
To exercise a right available to you, email hd8193152@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. Some requests can be restricted by law, security concerns, fraud prevention, or other legitimate requirements.
We may revise this policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If a change is significant, we may notify you in the app, on our website, by email, or through another reasonable method.
